You support us on ongoing client projects, research, analyze, and learn consulting from the ground up.
What you'll do
Research and market analyses for client projects. Preparing data and presentations. Supporting workshops and client meetings. Your own small sub-projects.
What you bring
Ongoing studies (business administration, economics, or comparable). An appetite for real projects instead of making coffee. Initiative and reliability. Good German, spoken and written.
(Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time · Obernburg or Mannheim
You independently manage client projects from analysis to execution and are the direct point of contact for our partners.
What you'll do
Independently managing client projects. As-is analyses, strategy development, and execution support. Preparing and running workshops. Managing timelines and deliverables.
What you bring
First experience in consulting, project management, or a comparable role. Structured thinking and clear communication. Enjoying responsibility and client contact. Driver's license a plus.
(Junior) Business Development Consultant (m/f/d)
Full-time · Obernburg or Mannheim
You work directly with the executive management of our partners and develop solutions that move companies forward sustainably.
What you'll do
Strategic and operational consulting for owner-managed companies. Developing sales, processes, or organizational structures. Working directly with managing directors and owners. Supporting change processes.
What you bring
Experience in management consulting or operational business development. Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality. The ability to explain complex topics simply. Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
